U006--Notice of Intent to Sole Source Rehabilitation Professionals Education Subscription Medbridge

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a subscription to MedBridge for the VISN04 rehabilitation professionals (long term care administers, recreational specialists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language therapists, therapy assistants, and others) multi-product rehabilitation professional platform. The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four (4) year options with MedBridge Education, LLC, 1633 Westlake, Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109, DUNS 945961816. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Single Source Justification is attached. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $12.0 Million. The PSC code is U006, Education/training- Vocational/technical. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for quotes. Interested vendors that can meet this requirement, should identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 6/22/2021 by 10:00 AM EST. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, Duns Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these services.
