Limited Sources Justification for Leadership Development Training and Keynote Presentation Services

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Fort Detrick, Maryland, in support of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) awarded a sole source Task order against The Arbinger Institute GSA vehicle GS-10F-099AA. The task order W81XWH22F0015 was awarded on 16 November 2021 with a 12 month period of performance. The objective for this contract is to provide USAMRDC military and civilian personnel Arbinger leadership development training and keynote presentation services. This requirement is procured in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
