Notice of Intent to award Sole Source Purchase Order for iLovefeedback Participant Learning Kits

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to The Leadership Forum, Inc., (DBA Executive Forum, Inc.) 201 Columbine ST STE 300 Denver, CO 80206-4744 for the purchase of 300 each iLovefeedback Participant Learning Kits. The IRS trained and certified instructors in the iLoveFeedback curriculum program. In order for instructors to deliver training, the IRS must purchase the student materials. The authority permitting a sole source acquisition is FAR 13.106. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Potential sources who believe they can provide the kits listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to [email protected] no later than 1:00 PM ET on Friday, August 26, 2022. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: 1. The name of your company; 2. Company UEI; 3. POC name and contact information; 4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of having a product capable of meeting the Government's needs. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611430. The small business size standard is $12M.
