This is a notice of intent for Sole Source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). A solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS Code is 611310. The Regional contracting Office-Northeast, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a Sole Source contract to San Diego State University Foundation, 5250 Campanile Drive, San Diego, CA 92182 for a requirement to procure Pashto Language Training Services. San Diego State University Foundation is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement and that is a member of the Department of Education Learning Acquisition Resource Center and the Department of Defense Advancement of Distinguished Language Proficiency Center may give written notification to the Contracting Officer.
