NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE FOR EMCBC-NY LOW-LEVEL/MIXED LOW -LEVEL WASTE AND SUSPECT TRU WASTE REMOVAL PHASES 3 AND 4

This order will be placed against the BOA 893033GEM000017 with PermaFix on a sole source basis. This order will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The estimated value of the resulting order is not expected to exceed $10,000,000. The anticipated Period of Performance is 12 months from the date of award.
