--Notice of intent to award Purchase Order W91ZLK-07-P-0494 to Kallman Worldwide

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Kallman Worldwide, 4 North Street, Suite 800, Waldwick, NY 07463. The requirement is for the ren tal of a customized fabricated exhibit structure and related support services at the 2007 Australian Airshow in Geelong, Australia on 20 March 2007  25 March 2007. Kallman Worldwide, Inc is the designated sole source for exhibit space for all US exhibitors in the US Pavilion and has contracted with the event sponsor to manage the entire US Pavilion. As such, there is no other company that can perform the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561219 and the size standard is $6.5M per year. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, January 24th, 2007.
