The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Solider, Chemical, Research & Test), MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Reflections International Pte. LT, 9 Temasek Boulevard, Singapore 038989. The contractor shall provide services for an exclusive, DoD exhibit rental for the 2011 Aero India Airshow in Bangalore, India and the Australian International Airshow in Geelong, Australia. The Government plans to re-use the original exhibit design provided by Reflections Design International PTE. LTD., avoiding all start-up costs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561920 and the size standard is $7.0 million.
