The Department of Defense (DoD) is energetically pursuing diversity through a magnitude of avenues to address barriers and issues impacting the full participation. The Office of Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity, (ODMEO) requests the support of Career Communications Group, Inc to contribute to increasing diversity in the Department of Defense (DoD) workplace through outreach and programs. Career Communications Group, Inc will provide the following deliverable(s): • Speaking opportunities at key BEYA conference events • Access to professionals and students attending the BEYA conference and other related events, including recruitment fairs, workshops, panel sessions, roundtables and plenary and other events that provide a high volume of student attendees and key STEM influencers • DoD Logo prominently displayed at Sponsored Function. • Advertisements in Conference Programs. • Recognition of DoD as a Co-Sponsor of Events • Career exhibit space at the BEYA Career Fair • 5 full conference registration packages • Admittance/seating at the Stars and Stripes dinner • Admittance to the Technology Luncheon and two DoD tables at the Student Gala • VIP and general seating at specified BEYA events, including those at the local and Congressional levels • Speaking, branding and marketing opportunities at BEYA events • Sampling opportunities for promotional materials • Support from BEYA as the liaison for its member institutions on DoD programs and opportunities for the institutions, including faculty and students. • Access to post the DoD logo (electronically and through flyer distribution) during the Career Development Workshops, Seminars, and other events. • Access to post the DoD seal on BEYA's partner and supporter's page. • DoD scholarships, internships and fellowship programs and related opportunities posted on BEYA web site announcing internships and scholarship opportunities. One full page color advertisement in the 2012 US Black Engineer Information Technology Magazine with electronic distribution to over 1 million This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than 3:00 pm EST, February 15, 2012. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items.
