NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Goose Remediation Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide an ongoing goose remediation program at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25704. The government is contemplating a Base +4 option period Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND The goose population on the medical center campus presents a health and environmental hazard to the patients, visitors, and employees. SCOPE This service will be for geese remediation. The contractor will perform services in accordance with all federal, state, and local environmental laws to remove the geese population in a safe and efficient manner.
