In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection intends to procure on a sole-source basis from SDA Security Systems, Inc., an upgrade to the custom security system at the Prindle Seized Vehicle Storage Facility that was previously installed by SDA Security Systems. This addition will be integrated with the existing system and must be compatible with that system. CBP intends to award within 10 days of the date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources that feel that they also are capable of fulfilling these requirements may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capabilities within 7 days of publication of this notice. This information may also be considered for future procurements. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
