RECOVERY – Engineering Support Services in Conjunction with the Thomas S. Foley United States Federal Courthouse Modernization Project

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THE PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST THE EXISTING UNITED STATES MARSHAL SERVICES NATIONAL PHYSICAL SECURITY PROGRAM CONTRACT TO ACQUIRE ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE BEING OBTAINED IN SUPPORT OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) FUNDED DESIGN BUILD CONSTRUCTION MODERNIZATION PROJECT AT THE BUILDING. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE EXISTING NATIONAL PHYSICAL SECURITY PROGRAM CONTRACTOR. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to engineering support services in conjunction with the United States Marshal Services space building effort being completed under the Thomas S. Foley United States Federal Courthouse Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be issued against the existing National Physical Security Program Contract (DJMS-10-D-0266) which was awarded using competed acquisition procedures.
