Synopsis & Notice of Intent - PACAF Access Control System (ACS) Preventative Maintenance & Sustainment

This is a Synopsis and Notice of Intent to award to a Woman Owned Small Business as a Sole Source Award THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award to a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) on a sole-source basis to Integrated Security Technologies, Inc. in accordance with FAR 19.1506(b) and FAR 6.302-5(b)(7). This requirement is for Access Control System preventative maintenance and sustainment within the Pacific Air Force (PACAF) Theater. In accordance with FAR 6.305(a), the redacted justification and approval document will be made publicly available within fourteen (14) days after contract action. Description: ACS preventative maintenance and sustainment services will provide on-site services annually over a 5-day period: system checks for faults, software updates to include licenses and patches, back-ups of system configurations, battery testing with replacement as necessary, function testing of readers and door hardware, and where applicable, camera focusing, cleaning, and adjustments. The service will also include telephone support to resolve issues that do not warrant a site visit. Place of Contract Performance: PACAF AOR to include: Hawaii, Alaska, Japan, Korea, and Guam.
