This outreach event will provide a venue for SAD to discuss its mission, goals and contracting opportunities with the Small and Large Business Communities. SADs goal for hosting this forum is to communicate the requirements within the Southeast and increase resources and opportunities by sharing information. Interested firms desiring to participate in the outreach event must have a valid e-mail address. Registration will close on 24 June 2010 or registration will be discontinued after the maximum number of participants has been reached and no on-site registration will be permitted. To register for this (SDVOSB) conference, please visit the SAD webpage at http://www.sad.usace.army.mil/sadbu/SAD_SmallBiz_Conference.asp to complete the online registration form. After you enter your companys information and complete your selections for your desired matchmaking session then click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form to forward your information and you will receive an e-mail that confirms your registration. Each company is requested to register only 2 representatives. Once your registration form has been received and processed, a confirmation of your registration will be sent to the e-mail address you provided on the registration form. Conference space is limited and you are encouraged to register early. Note: Large businesses desiring to meet with small businesses to discuss subcontracting, joint venturing, or partnering opportunities, are requested to complete this form and select the word Large from within the drop down box. Security: All Small Business Conference participants are subject to screening and the screening will be similar to that of airport security screening techniques. Personnel with a valid CAC-Card or HSPD-12 PIV Card (civilian equivalent to CAC Card) will not be subject to screening and will be allowed into the facility. Due to expected long lines, all participants are urged to arrive early, and bring as few bags as possible to help expedite the screening process.
