The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition intends to negotiate the award of a bridge contract vehicle on a sole source basis with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. for the acquisition of professional support services with a limited period of performance of (March 1, 2016 through September 29, 2016). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. The acquisition will be conduction through FAR Part 15 “Contracting by Negotiation”. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendor that understand and can meet the Government’s requirements detailed in Justification For Other than Full and Open Competition may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. These submissions shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government is not open the requirement to a competition is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
