Agency/Office: Immigration & Customs Enforcement/Office of State SLC Title: Furnishing for the National Sheriffs' Associations' (NSA) Annual Conference Description(s): NAICS CODE: 561499 The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a sole source contract for custom furnishing to BREDE EXPOSITION SERVICES on the basis of other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. The National Sheriffs' Association chose Brede Exposition Services as the sole service provider of conference exhibit booth space requirements for this year's conference which is to be held at Broward County Convention Center, Ft. Lauderdale, FL from June 20 through 24, 2009. This notice satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.1 for publicizing contract opportunities.
