NCTRF Gerber AccuMark Pattern Design Software, Equipment and Support Maintenance Service

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award an annual service sole source purchase order to: Gerber Technology, LLC for AccuMark Pattern Design Software, Equipment and Support Maintenance Service. This annual service contract shall include (8) AccuMark Software Upgrade Package Licenses, Telephone Support, Software Release Upgrade and Maintenance for (1) SP-120 Plotter and (1) MP1804 Plotter, and Full Support, Software Release Upgrade and Maintenance for (1) DCS-2600 Cutter. The annual service contract requires a Base Year, plus four years, 6-month options with a period of performance from 01 October 2021 to 31 March 2027. This purchase will be procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 13 August 2021. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to [email protected] to be considered by the Government for determining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply/service exists that would meet the Governments needs stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
