R--Sole Source-Court Reporting Services

Sole Source. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis, TN, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Alpha Reporting Corporation, Memphis, TN. The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials, and performing all operations in connection with providing court reporting services to include providing six copies of transcripts in regards to the case to be heard. Location is USACE Finance Center/Logistics Activity Center, 5722 Integrity Drive, Millington, TN 38054-5005. Period of performance will be July 21st and 22nd beginning at 7:30 am and ending at 5:30 pm each day. Current drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance will be required for access to the Naval Support Activity (NSA). Award of this requirement will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interests, capabilities, and pricing in response to this announcement. All responses shall include a quote and demonstration of capability of providing the services described above and must be received NLT 12 July 2010 @ 10:00 AM CST.
