Description
This is a DRAFT Solicitation for bankruptcy noticing services that is posted for the purpose of conducting market research only. The agency (Administrative Office of the US Courts or AO) requests Industry comment on this Draft Solicitation by June 30, 2017. In addition, the agency requests that Industry provide responses by June 30, 2017 to agency questions which are also posted. If Industry is interested in discussing its comments on the DRAFT Solicitation and/or its responses to the questions, the agency would welcome the opportunity to schedule separate, one-on-one sessions with each Industry source. Please contact Leah Wilson to schedule a one-on-one session. The agency will not award a contract as a result of this DRAFT Solicitation and will not pay or reimburse Industry for information provided as a result of this DRAFT Solicitation. Bankruptcy noticing services require a Contractor to operate the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) to produce and transmit statutorily required bankruptcy case notices. The Contractor provides services through the BNC that include, but are not limited to: retrieving bankruptcy case-related data from US Courts to produce bankruptcy notices; distributing the notices through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or by electronic transmission in the most cost-efficient, timely, and effective manner; providing support to the US Courts, AO, and notice recipients; and providing program-related reports and information to the US Courts and AO.
