58 -- Notification of Intent to Sole Source - Renewal of Maintenance Agreement for Dictaphone Equipment and Service

Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the renewal of the Dictaphone Enterpirse Express Voice System Equipment Rental & Maintenance Service to Dictaphone Corporation, 3984 Pepsi Cola Drive, Melbourne, FL 32934. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Dictaphone Corporation is the only vendor that can meet our requirement.
