After-Hours Law Enforcement Dispatch Services for Olympic National Park, Port Angeles, WA

In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(f) and FAR 6.305 , this is a post-award special notice hereby informing the public that the Government has awarded a non-competitive contract no. P16PX00784 to the City of Port Angeles, Peninsula Communications Service (PENCOM) for one base year plus the option to exercise four additional option years. PENCOM provides Olympic National Park after-hours dispatch/emergency communications service per the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2004, still in effect. PENCOM provides telephone answering service (dispatch/communication with a security system company or EMS) during the block of time when the Olympic National Park law enforcement dispatch/communications office is closed. Olympic National Park lacks its own staff, funding, and other resources necessary to maintain its own 24-hour emergency communications operation. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document exists. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561421 (Telephone Answering Services) and the small business size standard is $15 million.
