THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Mission Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM hereby gives notice of its intention to award a six (6) month sole source Bridge Contract to C. Martin Company, Inc. 3395 W. Cheyenne Avenue Suite 102, N Las Vegas, NV 89032-3495 for the Department of Public Works Support Services. This announcement constitutes the only notice. However, the government will review any submittals received within five business days after date of publication of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of any proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal by close of notification date Wednesday, 20 April 2011. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be honored.
