THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - This opportunity is available only to contractors from the GSA/Federal Supply Schedule 03FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management, Category #871 206 (Building Commissioning Services). The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Design and Construction Division (9PC) has a requirement to procure Building Commissioning Services for the *RECOVERY*Repair and Alterations to the PJKK U. S. Courthouse (Part I) located at 300 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii. It is important to note that this project is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 (Public Law 111-5) (Recovery Act). This procurement includes all labor, material and equipment necessary to conduct measurements, analysis, recordation, acceptance tests, adjustments and reports for each of the anticipated eight stages of renovation of the Honolulu Federal Building and US Courthouse for complete commissioning services. Commissioning services are to comprehensively include activities required to optimally place into service the renovated spaces to achieve the designed building performance. Work product to include the early stage through completion documentation for the project's achievement of "Silver" designation under the Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) of the U.S. Green Building Council, as well as the building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, signal, security systems.
