RECOVERY - Personal Identifiable Information (PII) File Conversion & Relocation Services

Pre-award Proposed Contract Action Notice (Special Notice) In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009), this notice is provided for informational purposes only. It is the Government's intention to issue separate task orders for no more than two (2) locations of the Veterans Benefits Administration including Portland, OR, and Los Angeles, CA locations. Project/Work Description: The RFQ intends to utilize the Federal Supply Schedules, schedule 36 contract holders only. The VBA is in need of Personable Identifiable Information (PII) File Conversion & Relocation Services. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
