Extension of Mechanical Maintenance Service for the Jacob K. Javits Fedeal Building, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT. The General Services Administration, Northeast and Caribbean Region, Service Centers Division, Manhattan Acquisition Unit intends to extend an existing mechanical maintenance contract awarded to ABM Engineering Services for a three month period, beginning May 1, 2010 through July 30, 2010. The buildings covered under this contract include: Jacob K. Javits Federal Building located at 26 Federal Plaza; the Court of International Trade located at 1 Federal Plaza; and the Centre Street Garage located at 203 Centre Street, New York, New York. The services in this scope of work include, but are not limited to providing mechanical operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, architectural and structural maintenance, hazardous material inventory and control, service calls including miscellaneous labor, and related services for the mechanical systems and preventive maintenance, testing, and related services for the fire alarm system Any questions regarding this Notice should be addressed to Crystal Cuffee, Contracting Officer at [email protected] .
