Notice of Intent to Sole Source NASA/AFRC has a requirement for Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOMS) services. NASA/AFRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Helix Management Services, LLC. The proposed procurement is for the acquisition of Facilities Operations and Maintenance services to support NASA-AFRC activities. It is determined that the work and services covered by the current contract are vital to the NASA mission and must be maintained without interruption, both at the commencement and the expiration of this contract. It is determined that this requirement to be available only from the original source for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements.
