R -- Streamlined Cost Comparison Study for Administration for Children & Families/HHS

Notification is made by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), for a Streamlined Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76. The A-76 commercial activities being studied within ACF are writer-editor. These services are located in the ACF Office of the Assistant Secretary for Children and Families in Washington, D.C.
