Notification is made by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), for Streamlined Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76. The A-76 commercial activities being studied within ACF are program analyst positions with an emphasis in financial analysis and financial management regarding grants. These services are located in the ACF Region II regional office in Philadelphia. Two positions are identified for study. The Competitive Sourcing Representative is Curtis Coy, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration. The Contracting Officer is Michele Trotter. The projected end date for the competition is no later than September 30, 2004.
