The Baltimore District Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Info Services & PR, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, and negotiate this requirement on a sole source basis for scheduling wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington Nat ional Cemetery, VA. Contractor is currently performing similar services under an existing contract at Arlington National Cemetery, VA. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. Responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely receive d, will be considered by the Corps of Engineers. Responses must be received within 45 days of the posting of this notice.
