R -- Public Announcement of Competition Results for A-76 Streamlined Competition on Employee Services Center

COMPETITION RESULTSIn accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announces the results of its A-76 Streamlined Competition on the Office of Administration?s Employee Service Center. The Streamlined Competition Form (SLCF) was completed and signed on December 12, 2007, and disclosed that performance by government personnel is more cost effective than performance by a private sector service provider. Accordingly, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation with the senior manager of the office performing this function. In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition. The SLCF will be made available to the public upon request.
