The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement to University of Rhode Island located in Kingston, RI for utility services and overheard expenses. These services and expenses are for the Rhode Island Field Station of the USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center. The period of performance is 10/01/2017 to 09/30/2022. This field station is located at the University of Rhode Island, therefore the University of Rhode Island is the only supplier of these services.
