Notice of Intent to Sole Source NASA/AFRC has a requirement for Center Administrative and Technical Support Services (CATSS). NASA/AFRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Logical Innovations, Inc. The proposed procurement is for the acquisition of Center Administrative and Technical Support Services (CATSS) functions to support NASA-AFRC activities. It is determined that the work and services covered by current contract are vital to the NASA mission and must be maintained without interruption, both at the commencement and the expiration of this contract. It is determined that this requirement to be available only from the original source for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements. A competitive solicitation has been issued to procure these services (80AFRC22R0002) after expiration of this bridge contract. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Renz Urlanda at [email protected] no later than 9am PST on May 13, 2022. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
