Notice of Intent: Task Order 72052118F00001 with DAI Global, LLC under the IDIQ No. AID-OAA-I-14-00049

In keeping with FAR 5.201, and the United States Government’s commitment to increased competition, transparency and broader industry participation, the U.S. Agency for International Development/Haiti intends to modify the USAID Water and Sanitation Project to extend the period of performance by six months and increase the ceiling by an additional $4.9 million with the same contractor, DAI Global, LLC for similar services. The proposed extension will provide ongoing recovery support to water and sanitation service providers and affected populations after the August 14, 2021 earthquake and tropical depression in the southern region of Haiti. Continuing performance of the proposed activities with the same contractor is critical to the USAID/Haiti Mission and is in the best interest of the United States Government. A Justification and Approval (J&A) pursuant to FAR 6.305 will be published after the modification is executed. This notice is posted for 15 days prior to award of the extension.
