Notice of Intent for a No Cost Extension (NCE) of the Peace through Evaluation, Learning, and Adaptation (PELA) Task Order, West Africa Activity

USAID/West Africa hereby provides notice of its intention to modify Task Order No. 72062418F00001, under the IBTCI IDIQ No. AID-OAA-I-15-00022 with International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc for a No-Cost Extension using AIDAR 706.302-70(B)(5). Under this proposed modification, the Contractor will under this action, continue to support USAID/West Africa (USAID/WA) to be a more effective, efficient, and adaptable operating unit in achieving the development objective of strengthening systems of non-violent conflict management in West Africa. USAID/WA is a knowledge hub for countering violent extremism in the West Africa region. PELA will continue to strengthen USAID/WA’s effectiveness in implementing its projects, coordinating its activities, learning from its experiences, and serving as information, communication, and thought leader regarding peace promotion and countering violent extremism (CVE) in the West Africa region.
