Art Reproduction prints

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Rudinec & Associates is considered the only vendor who can provide printing and framing of art reproductions. There are currently existing art reproductions in the VCNO corridor. The required prints must match the existing prints, and therefore, Rudinec & Associates is the only source can that can be utilized in order to maintain continuity and uniformity of both the prints and the frames. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541922.
