The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Water-Quality Assessment (NAWQA) Program anticipates making a non-competitive award to GfK Kenetic Inc. for their estimates of pesticide use and related parameters from the Agro Track Study for 2014-2018, including reliability estimates for each year, and annual seed trait data for cotton, corn, and soybeans for 2014-2018 (also reported at the CRD level). GfK Kenetic Inc is the only known source that can provide the required data from the study. This notice is for informational purposes only; no solicitation package exists. This may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. All responsible sources who believe they can provide this service are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice. An affirmative response must include, but should not be limited to, offered services, prices, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement.
