Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center-Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 to CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. 419 Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28303, for 12 months of Mall Advertisement. This is in support of the Army Community Services mission. This sole source requirement will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded on an unrestricted basis. This is not a request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirement.
