Award will be made to International Sports for Properties (ISP) for advertising through the UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT during the months of Aug 10 Apr 11. ISP is the only advertising company working directly with the University of WA Athletics Dept located at Seattle, WA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
