Notice of Intent by the Government to place an order with The Minnesota Vikings at Mall of America Field for Advertising at the stadium during the 2011-2012 NFL season. The proposed agreement will be issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated Federal Supply Classification Code (FSC) is R701 and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541850. It is justified to go directly to this vendor for award as any other vendor that would want to bid on this would have to go to and through said vendor to accomplish the same goal. Advertising/sponsorship at home games of the Minnesota Vikings during the 2011/2012 season. ($230,000.00) The advertising package includes: - Gate H Signage Exposure - Display Space in front of Gate H for interactive vehicle displays and/or booth - High School Football Day at Vikings Headquarters - up to 200 students - High School Football Coaches Day at Vikings Headquarters - up to 60 coaches - Players endorsement including voice over for one (1) PSA and two (2) appearances - Video with promotional ad buttons with lings on Vikings.com (Sept-Dec) - Color Guard detail for 3 TBD games - Season long "Honorary Soldier" promotion highlighting 1 soldier each game - One (1) suite fa ade sign located near end zone for season (including playoffs) - High School Football Alliance - Military Appreciation Game - 1-:30 pre-game local PSA per game for 16 Vikings Radio broadcasts
