99--Advertising Partnership between the MN Army NG and the MN Wild NHL Team for 2012-2013 season

Partnership with MN Wild NHL Season Year 2012 - 2013 Contract to include: - MN Army NG will be the Exclusive Military Partner of the Wild and receive right to use the Wild Name and Logo in local advertising and marketing efforts. - Presenting Night (1) - Dasherboard (2) Permanent (Center-Ice Location) - Premium Location, One Television Visable, Both close to corner - Pillar Wraps - Total of 25 in lower level concourse (These will remain in the partnership - Guard needs to pay the production cost of the banners this year) These wraps will remain up for most events at the Xcel Energy Center - Outdoor Marquee - Signage on Booth outdoor marquee signs at Xcel Energy Center Showcasing National Guard Initiatives or current events in the Military (Digital Outdoor Marquee Signage, One static or animated sign on two arena digital outdoor marquees - Wild.com / Facebook Campaign-Contesting / permission to co-brand - Guard the Rink - One (1) Presenting game day partnership night including; Presenting Night Signage, Game Day Marketing, On-Ice Intermission, Option for Give Away Items, Concourse Displays, Outside Area Displays. - One Girls Hockey Clinic at Xcel Energy Center durring the Regular Season (to be held on a mutually agreed upon date, clinician to be contracted by Wild but mutually coordinated with specifics). Video will be shot and edited to run on Wild.com highlighting the entire day. - Opprotunity for the Guard to provide Flag Bearer for each game - Opportunity for the Guard to provide 100 Greeters/Salute at one game - Opprotunity for the Guard to provide 1 soldier to rappel into arena with the Game Puck - Opportunity for the Guard to provide Color Guard for games upon the Teams Request
