This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Oklahoma National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Transit Advertising Inc. located at 7732 W 141st St S Sapulpa, OK 74066-8667 for the lease of fixed and mobile advertising space (public transportation benches and buses) in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area. This is the target market for a recruiting advertising campaign over the course of a three to six month period. Market research has determined that no other outdoor advertising medium has both mobile and fixed advertising methods reaching the optimal target audience at malls, shopping centers, entertainment centers, stadiums, and vehicular traffic in this particular market. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for three to six months. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 7/14/15 at 03:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to Transit Advertising Inc. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds.
