Intent to Sole Source: This is a notice of intent of The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center to negotiate solely with SR Research LTD a large business, to provide the following equipment: (1) EyeLink 1000 Base Unit, including EyeLink 1000 High-speed Camera, Host Computer with Monitor, Cabling, EyeLink Display Software Developer Kit (C/C~~/Python/COM), 24 month Hardware Warranty, and Perpetual Technical Support (1) Desktop Mount, including 25mm & 35mm Lenses and 890nm Illuminator (1)SR Research Head Support. Can be used as Chin and / or Forehead Rest (1)EyeLink 1000 Upgrade to EyeLink 2K - 2000Hz Support. (1)16 Bit Analog Output/8 Bit Digital Input PCI Board. The government believes that this is the only company that can provide the eye link 1000 tracking solution that is currently in use at the Cleveland VA The government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541720, with a size standard of 500 employees.
