Support for and Participation with "Forum on Aging, Disability, and Independence"

The U.S. Department of Education (Department) National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR), intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for $25,000 before the end of FY2013 to the National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Medicine to support the "Forum on Aging, Disability, and Independence. This Forum provides a neutral venue for broad ranging discussions for coordination and integration of aging and disability stakeholders, practically among public and private entities. This initiative is directly aligned with NIDRR's mission and future focus. Aging and Disability are important components of NIDRR's portfolio and this Forum will provide access to the resources to help inform the research agenda for future years.
