The SAO (Service Area Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with Applied Decision Science, LLC, 1776 Mentor Ave, Suite 424, Cincinnati, OH 45212 to provide research analysis services in support of a VA funded project located at the Indianapolis VAMC. Services were written and approved by VA IRB and no other services will satisfy this requirement. The following services will be provided: " Conduct simulations, analyzing/interpreting data and reporting results. " Qualitative data analysis and multi-method research design. " Provide analysis and manuscript preparation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide services must notify this Contracting Officer at [email protected] NLT Friday September 19, 2014 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
