Recovery - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this notice FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY of intent to issue Call Order 0003 under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Blanket Purchase Agreement WC133F-10-BU-0036 to GSA Schedule GS-10F-0037R for Environmental Consulting, Scientific, Technical, and other Mission support Services for the NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Habitat Conservation(OHC), Silver Spring, Maryland and various locations throughout the United States. In 2010 this order was competed under GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) for Environmental Services - Schedule 899, Special Item Numbers (SIN) 899-1 Environmental Consulting Services and SIN 899-7 - Geographic Information Services as a time and materials order for a period of three (3) years. Award was made to I. M. Systems Group located in Rockville, Maryland. Determination for use of Time and Materials was completed on base order. The OHC has a requirement for support services in the estimated amount of $1.89 million to be used to support ARRA funded labor for OHC ARRA projects.
