Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Knighthorse Corporation, 1959 South Lakeshore Drive, Chelan,WA 98816 for Support in the Development of the Privatization Program and Documents for Headquarters, Air Forc e Material Command (AFMC). Knighthorse recently held a contract for this service and is knowledgeable of the history and technicalities involved with the requirements of this proposed contract. This sole source procurement will avoid duplication of costs not expected to be recovered through competition. A solicitation is not available and requests for solicitation will be considered non-responsive and not valid for further consideration. Award of this procurement will be made mid May 2007. See Note 22 .
