The proposed action is for a year membership for which the Government intends to solicit only one source (Corporate Executive Board). It is necessary to have access to specialized professional research support, training support, and technical library services in order to support the continuing implementation of changed operational doctrine and major revisions to the existing Navy force structure. Interested persons may identify their capability to provide this service, this notice is not a request for quotes. However, all capability information received by 15 August 2007 will be considered by the Government. Corporate Executive Board has been determine to be the source for the Government.
