Notice of Intent: The VAHMCS at 10 N Greene St. in Baltimore, MD 21201, VISN 5, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for consulting services needed to develop a quality healthcare Room Service Program for the Baltimore Nutrition and Food Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Baltimore, MD 21201. NAICS Code 541618 applies and the Size Standard is 7.0 million. We intend to award the requirement to a Veteran Owned Small Business IAW Public Law 109-461 and FAR 5.207. The Period of Performance will be for 1 Base year estimated from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offerors. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
