--Notice of Intent to award a sole contract to Bruker BioSpin, NMR Division for the physical move of two Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) systems.

The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Bruker BioSpin, NMR Division, 15 Fortune Drive, Manning Park, Billerica, MA 01821-3991 for the phy sical move of two Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) systems located at APG, Maryland. Bruker BioSpin is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and maintains the warranty for the NMR systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate solely with Br uker BioSpin. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541614 and the size standard is $ 6.5 million dollars in average annual receipts over the last three years.
