Evaluation of CDC's National Tobacco Prevention and Control Public Education Campaign

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT - PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a competitive Task Order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Health Marketing services. The opportunity is available to six (6) contractors (Battelle, Danya, Macro International, Nova Research, Research Triangle Institute and Westat) under the Health Marketing multiple award contracts, which were previously competed and awarded in 2007. The main element of this project is the evaluation of a media campaign which will be competed and awarded uder a separate contract. Specifically the selected contractor will evaluate the paid, targeted media campaign, which is expected to run from 6 to 36 months.
