NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Oregon School Activities Association to sponsor the Oregon state championship series for one year. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1); only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Oregon School Activities Association is the only known source that can provide direct sponsorship to the championship series. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541613 and the Small Business size standard is $14M based on average annual receipts. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Services will include but are not limited to the following: 1.) OSAA Championship Advertising Package 2.) Name/Logo incorporated into programs 3.) Prominent recognition as sponsor by advertisements posted on websites, scoreboards and event announcements 4.) ORARNG Logo on wrestling mats 5.) Banner displayed at all events. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
